Stop Shell Destroying
South African Coast
Protesters at Shell's HQ call on Shell to immediately end exploration
for oil and gas on the Eastern Cape which is having a devastating
impact on marine life and the coastal Amadiba community. The picket
was in solidarity with the Amadiba Crisis Committee who are marching
along the Wild Coast in protest tomorrow. Exploitation of any oil or
gas found would cause more extreme global warming.

Protesters at Hermés Mayfair shop demanded the company drop its plans
to massively expand its cruel farming of Australian crocodiles and
instead commit to change to plant-based and synthetic alternatives.
The protest by Fur Free London was the third Global Day of Action
against their crocodile farming in major cities around the world.

Stop Sending Pregnant Women To Prison
Level Up meet with others in St James's Park, London to march to a
rally and say loud and clear: Pregnant Women Need Support, Not
Sentencing. The House of Lords are next week debating new laws to
change the way pregnant women and primary carers are prosecuted and to
end women being torn from their families and giving birth on cell
floors. The proposed changes follow campaigns by Level Up with Birth
Companions and Women In Prison.
