Left wing groups are among those calling for an end to social cleansing
and for social housing to provide homes for people
Students at the London College of Communication are appalled at the
university's support for the plans - and some have occupied part of their
buidling
The march starts, but there are high winds, particularly close to
the tall buildings and the banner is hard to carry
And they walk along the road towards Borough and the council offices
in Tooley St

'Protect our Barrios - FIght Gentrification'. As well as the Elephant
the Latin Village at Seven Sisters is under threat from Haringey Council
