Grow Heathrow celebrates Harvest Festival

A visitor to the site takes a brief rest 

The Strawbale house

Relaxing around an open fire. I stopped for a while and joined in the conversation 

An enthusiast shows me his two sets of charcoal-making equipment 

and uses a gas flame tto light the upright furnace 

A home-nade home on the site 

and there is a wood-heated shower 

The bike repair shop which also makes up bikes from abandoned parts 

and people busy at woprk in the kitchen preparing a free six course vegan meal - but I couldn't stay
