Uniqlo Cheat Indonesian garment workers

Oxford St, London. Sat 7 Mar 2020

A protester wears a giant head of Uniqlo CEO Tadashi Yanai

 who is Mega Rich

But clearly doesn't care about the garment workers that make the clothes that Uniqlo sell

Uniqlo owes the workers from a garment factory that closed down $5.5 million and is refusing to pay up

The Clean Clothes Campaign and Labour Behind the Label had organised the protest for the day before

International Women's day as most of the garment workers are women.

The workers made him rich, but he won't pay them

He claims the workers are nothing to do with him - they worked for a company that went bust. But he still sold
the clothes they made and has payed nothing to the workers who made them.
