and author who founded what is now the Wimbledon Society and fought
for sites of natural beauty, as well as
founding the Scapa Society (Society for Checking the Abuses in Public
Advertising.)

Old Vicarage School, Richmond Hill - a listed 17th century house which was
remodelled as a Gothick Castle in 1809
and is now a private school for young girls (Year 6 and
below) with small classes and fees of around £15,000 a year.
