Others are beginning to arrive to join the protest

'Sick Pay Now' and 'Outsourcing Sucks - End it!'

vuvuzelas and drums add to the noise

and two protesters arrive making a loud noise banging large boxes

with some carrying an IWGB banner with the message 'Putting Workers First'

Some wore T-shirts 'UCL END OUTSOURCING - Justice for UCL Workers'

 'Outsourcing - racist - exploitative - irresponsible - abusive - unjust - In-House Now'

 The speeches begin

 'Bring Us In-house'

Some noisy chanting calls for all workers to be brought back in-house - directly employed by UCL

rather than by contracting companies who exploit workers

The IWGB is fighting for union recognition as well as for the workers' demands

One of the IWGB members at UCL speaks

 and another worker speaks

 People make more noise

and a UCL member speaks in support of the workers

AN IWGB member from Goldsmiths speaks about the successful campaign to be brought in-house there
