 Staines High Street - now blighted by a long hotel frontage

 

 This used to be a large office block

 London Road at the Crooked Billet roundabout. The River Ash runs through the centre of this picture

 Fire services in Spelthorne are being cut - two fire stations replaced by one. Fewere engines, longer respone times

 Ashford Hospital has been severely downgraded over many years.

 Two rivers run along the south of Heathrow - and two footbridges at right take workers across them from Stanwell

 

 dnata provides ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services worldwide

 gategourmet is best known for the strike by its workers. The nearer river is the Longford River
