The church is in Isleworth, close to hwere I went to school
The drive to the house curves around a lake
with waterlilies just coming to bloom.
there are large fields with trees and grass (and more lakes out of
sight)
An old tree by the lake
and the view of the house along the drive is part obscured by trees
The stables are the oldest surviving buildings
though parts of the old building were incorporated into Adams's design
More buildings around the back of the stables
and cows graze in the fields beyond.
A heron stands in the lake
but the house has two eagles
and a rather fine ceiling
The garden front has a smller but attractive double stairway to a
rather fancy back door
A bench in the garden
and an orangery surrounded by flower beds in the grass
There were a lot of different flowers out in the walled garden
The Temple
garden front
and another view of the Grade 1 listed house
