Extinction Rebellion Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Palace, London. Sat 24 Nov 2018

The first person to lay something brings a toy panda

 others come with flowers

and people bring photographs and posters

and the woman who was wearing a globe on her head adds that (later she takes it back as it is getting in the way)

A box with burning candles 'Remembrance - Gone Forever....'

 The pile grows

A line of police stand in front of the gates

One campaigner has superglued herself to the railing by the gate

After the silence comes the noise - loud drumming

 and dancing to it

and I'm tired and leave walking back the length of the Mall to catch a bus in Trafalgar Square
