A bible reading from a tablet
It rains more
The dancers hold the cross
A man holds an umbrella and a rosary
The band plays another hymn
People give out hundreds of free hot cross buns to shoppers, with
a paper napkin with a message about Easter

The rain has got harder and the Salvation Army have taken shelter,
but the service continues
Another reading
and the band prepare to play again, keeping in the dry
Gospel singers and their equipment are in a gazebo
A woman comes sith a complaint about the Catholic Church (though it
wasn't easy to understand her) ...
and the man preaching a short sermon was the local Methodist preacher.
Though it was an appropraited and interesting address, it didn't hold
the attention of some younger members of the audience
The band plays again - I think this was their version of 'Amazing
Grace'
A Heathrow chaplain speaks
More singing
and playing
And the event ends
with people joining hands for a blessing
and a final tune from the band as we leave.
