A police officer moved the white ribbon and the Kurds surged across
Whitehall towards Downing St

People surged to the barriers, but there was no reall attempt to go
through them
some blew whistles, and others shouted
and things were pretty confused
Police argue with the protesters
and Mark Campbell from Kurdistan Solidarity comes and argues with
them too
'Shame on Europe...'
The rest of the marchers moved towards the stage, though many left
before the speeches
