Remember Fukushima, 7th Anniversary

Japanese Embassy to Parliament, London. Sun 11 Mar 2018

London CND members get out a yellow suit for one of the protesters

with a nuclear symbol on the back, and a tail

The banner lists nuclear disasters - WIndscale, Three Mile Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima

'Chernobyl - Fukushima - When will we ever Learn?' on an embroidered placard (the other side says 'Nuclear Energy? No Thanks!')

'Remember Fukushima' and two Buddhist protesters

and a Japanese protester with a monster head

and a mask underneath the head

A Japanese woman in yellow with a sunflower

Buddhist monks - at left Reverend Sister Yoshie Maruta - in front of the Japanese Embassy

'WIndscale 1957, Three Mile Island 1979, Chernobyl 1986 and Fukushima 2011'

The procession crosses the road outside the RItz

and stops briefly on Piccadilly for everyone to catch up

before going past Fortnum & Mason

A woman carries her embroidered placard 'Nuclear Energy? No Thanks!'
