Reverend Sister Yoshie Maruta from Milton Keynes and Reverend Gyoro
Nagase, the guardian of the Battersea Peace Pagoda
The ELAAF wreath 'Remember the Victims of the Arms Trade'
The procession moves off around Royal Victoria Dock
An ELAAF supporter holds their banner on the Silvertown Flyover as
the procession goes past
Two people carried large 'Peace' flags
They stop where they can see the ExCeL centre with a line of warships
in front of it
and after a brief ceremony
float the wreath on the water of Royal Victoria Dock
where it floats away
The group observe a silence in memory of those killed by the arms
sold at previous arms fairs here and for
those who will be killed and maimed by those now being sold
Reverend Sister Yoshie Maruta and Reverend Gyoro Nagase pray and drum
and pose for a photograph with another Buddhist
and the wreath continues to float on the dock
with warships and the ExCeL centre where the arms fair is taking place in
the background
