Outside Downing St
a few people decided to sit down, but most of the march just walked
round them
keen to get to the rally at Parliament Square
Socialist students are told the march ends here
Plan C decide to march around the square
and ended up in front of Parliament
where a Justice fro Grenfell rally was taking place
'Justice for Grenfell - We demand the Truth'
Moyra Samuels, a member of the Justice For Grenfell campaign who lives
close to the tower and saw it burn
A local Labour councillor speaks
And a resident holds up a piece of the cladding which led the fire
to spread rapidly
and speaks about the horrors that he saw as the buidling burnt
At the end of the rally a poet reads her poem about Grenfell
Police lead away a man who has come to make trouble. I think he was
suggesting that people were lying about Grenfell Tower
A woman poses as Theresa May with a poster 'We cut 10,000 fire fighter
jobs because your lives are worthless' and
a leopard-skin shoe on her head
And a man climbs on to the plinth of the Churchill statue with a Palestinian
flag, calling for Freedom for Palestine
