Lisa McKenzie takes me to the shop to show me the t-shirt with LSE written
in currency symbols, pound, dollar and Euro
This is the true face of LSE management - an institution which values
money above all else
Students fix posters and flowers to the shop window
and to the windows of the student union
'Life Not Money at the LSE'
What the LSE is getting today is some 'Student-Led teaching' , condemning
the LSE's attitude to its key low paid workers
Some giant bubble-blowing
'Noonan seems to have spectacularly bad management "Women have
to sleep with management to get extra hours..."
and the LSE is condoning this. Protesters have sprayed a message on
the Garrick building
and written a letter to the management and are calling for talks
but management will not see them. They have called the police to come
and arrest the four men who sprayed
the slogans and decoration on the wall - in easy wipe away chalk spray
LSE management allege this is criminal damage - but you can wipe it off
with a wet sponge leaving no trace
