he was forcibly restrained by seven police in May 2013.

Barry Wilson talks about Rebecca Overy who died following a lack of care in
her transition from an adolescent to an adult mental health hospital. He is
campaigning with his partner, Rebecca's mother, for a law that would ensure
proper transition.
