Central Hill Open Gardens Estates

Crystal Palace, London. Sat 18 June 2016

The Marxist puppet show begins with Andrew Cooper and the comrades from the Revolutionary Communist Group from South London

A mask transforms Andrew into hsi sister who works in a biscuit factory

The show held the attention of children and adults

There was a Marxist moral about the biscuits

and then an appearance of the villain, Councillor Matthew Bennett, Cabinet Member for Housing in Lambeth Council

A figure in a red mask jumps up and rushes to stop the wicked villain

bringing duct tape to wrap around Councillor Matthew Bennett, Cabinet Member for Housing.

Matthew Bennett is a member of the right wing Labour group 'Progess' and has worked as a parliamentary

researcher for Labour MPs as well as overseeing Lambeth's housing programme including 'regeneration' schemes such as demolishing Central Hill

and the community is saved as the guilty villain Matthew Bennett is led away

The event was continuing, with Simon Elmer of ASH speaking and supporters from Focus E15 arriving as I left
