 In second place for London's worst council is Newham, keeping most of the Carpenters Estate empty for over

 ten years despite thousands on the housing list desperate for homes

 Newham Council wins the award for the Worst Overcrowding in accomodation - and for the mice and rats

 

 Class War decide to get out the crime tape

  but a police officer objects and Jane Nicholl gathers it in

 and wears it for the rest of the protest
