The Blue School Foundation dates back to 1630 and eventually became Isleworth Grammar School and moving to
Ridgway Rd in 1939, merging to become Isleworth & Syon School when the borough went comprehensive in 1979.
An infant school founded near to the North Street Girls' School became a part of the Blue School Foundation in the
early 20th century and still continues under the Blue School name, now as a coed junior school.
The building here was designed in 1841 by C.F. Maltby.
