Palestine protest at Hewlett Packard

Wood St, London. Fri 10 Oct 2014

A  poster about Hewlett Packard's complicity in the Israeli torture of Palestinian children.

The picket takes place mainly on the opposite side of the street to the large HP offices

The City of London police HQ is just down the street

A long telescopic pole which will soon have thre Palestinian flags on it

Fact 1: HP is one of the top 20 arms companies in the US

Fact 2: HP servers form the backbone of the Israeli war machine, found guilty of war crimes

Fact 3: HP has a massive presence in Israel, the second largest investor in Israeli IT

Fact 4: HP provides systems that keep Israel prisons running, prisons where children are tortured and
kept in solitary confinement in smal underground cells

A Palestinian refugee who came here when she was young holds a flag in front of one of the banners

People stop and talk with the protesters and read the leaflets.
