Sainsbury's protest at illegal Israeli Goods

Brixton, London. Sat 2 Aug 2014

Protesting in the entrance lobby to Sainsbury's Brixton

 The manager talks to protesters

and takes a leaflet, but says they cannot protest here

Most of the prtoesters had stayed outside to protest on the steps and ramp leading to the store

'Boycott Israel' and 'Sainsbury's + M+S They Support the Terrorists' posters

Protesters who got inside were turned out of the store

The manager tells the protesters they have to leave

And they decide to sit down instead. Shopers continue to walk in and out

Police think about what to do and have told the protesters they are committing an offence
I had to leave at this point, and expected the protesters to decide shortly to continue their protest outside
rather than be arrested.
