UK Uncut 'Boot Out Boots'

Victoria St, London. Sat 28 Jun 2014

It was raining as we arrived at Boots and the protesters began to blow up the giant footballs

even with a pump it took some time

Lewisham People Before Profit had their banner, and there were some nice 'Loots' posters

The balls were slowly getting bigger

'Loots' Over £1bn tax dodged since 2007

A line of policemen stood outside Boots, and there were more inside and around the corner and in some vans

There were some short speeches

and at last the balls were large enough to be kicked around

Eventually we were told to be ready to move off to an undisclosed location

and marched away down Victoria St towards Westminster Abbey
