Joint Enterprise - NOT Guilty By Association

London, London. Sat 3 May 2014

 Protesters met outside Chelsea College

Many of them had family members in jail, convicted of 'joint enterprise'

like the three Brennan brothers from Kidbrooke, present when a man was shot in Woolwich

the prosecution argued "What occurred was a joint enterprise. They were all in it together" although someone else confessed to the shooting.

Jordan Cunliffe, then 15, was walking home with friends from the chip shop, when the group were challenged
by a man who thought they were vandals. There was fight and someone kicked the man on the head
a blow from which he died two days later. Jordan is blind, and could not see what was happening or take
part in it. He was convicted of murder under joint enterprise law and sentenced to 12 years in january 2008..
