	The UCATT wreath is laid at the base of the statue of the Building Worker After the UCatt wreath, Mayor Lutfur Rahman of Tower Hamlets came with a wreath There was a black balloon for each worker killed in the past year a minutes silence was observed for workers killed on buidling sites and elsewhere
