Vedanta were found guilty in 2011 of polluting the River Kafue in 2006, harming the local population,,
and were fined $2 million but haven't yet been made to pay this
Vedanta has sacked 752 miners at the highly profitable Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) and owes them money
They evade taxes on the highly profitable KCM mines by accounting tricks which turn their $362 million profit into a loss
