In Deepest Surrey

South Ascot. Mon 7 Apr 2014

A notice by the stream reassures us the orange colour is not caused by pollution

Older development of the area was less brash

There were many large houses with sturdy gates

An Ascot garden next to one of the woodland footpaths

The rusty stream again

Not all of the area is homes for the super-rich - streets like this with houses selling for around £360,000
drag the average house price for the area down. The average asking price for the area is listed by Zoopla
as £1,174,919 in May 2014.
