	The man who had tried to grab the microphone told the protesters that the management had agreed to pay a living wage He showed his card, telling us he was the Unison Health and Safety Rep Unison are recognised by the Royal Opera House, but the cleaners belong to the IWGB and the cleaners haven't been told they will get the living wage, or anything about negotiations between the Royal Opera House and Unison or any deal that has been made.
	If the Royal Opera House recognised the IWGB and talked to them, the cleaners would know - and if a satisfactory settlement has been reached they would call off the strike. But by not recognising the IWGB they are keeping their workers in the dark and negotiating behind their backs which seems pretty stupid and pointless Police watched the peaceful but noisy protest and took no action after having made their point the IWGB protesters left quietly and returned to their bus
