	3 Cosas Defy London University Protest Ban Senate House, University of London. Thu 24 Oct 2013
	The protesters marched on to the south entrance which was firmly shuttered and protested there for a few minutes, watched by tourists at the north entrance to the British Museum opposite The main protest went on to the western gates, from where we could see some of the students had managed to get to the Senate House to lobby. People climbed on the locked gates to watch, and a few climbed over to join them But most decided it was easier to walk around from the next set of gates - and I took a short cut across the lawn The doorways into the lobby area were locked and guarded by security, but the protest continued outside.
	The protesters then walked around to the other side of the lobby and continued to protest - by this time there were a couple of police present as will as University security, and the protesters were chanting 'Cops Off Campus!' as well as 'Sick Pay, Holidays, Pensions, Now!' Some protesters climbed onto a low roof with there banner,but came down after they were told it was unsafe More police arrived, and the situation got more heated with protesters standing facing up to the officers
