Wreath for Victims of London Arms Fair

Royal Victoria Dock, London. Wed 11 Sep 2013

There was a brief ceremony before the wreath was floated on the dock

The wreath was launched into the water

 and floated away

 watched by the protesters

Who then observed a two minute silence, remembering the many killed by weapons sold at DSEi arms fairs

Q. When tyrants want to attack their own people, where can they get the weapons?

A. ExCel Centre, Custom House, London Borough of Newham
