	Cleaners in John Lewis Westfield Westfield Centre, Stratford, London. Sat 3 Aug 2013
	The cleaners tried to look inconspicuous as they met up and made their way into John Lewis at Stratford Westfield and gathered in the cafe area on the top floor of John Lewis, getting out their flags, banners and placards before walking very noisily out into the area around the escalators to begin their protest The protest took the John Lewis staff and customers by surprise, and the noise made everyone stop and watch
	The protesters went down the escalator to continue their protest goring around the floor below followed by some of the John Lewis store management and security Everyone in the store could hear the protest and the speeches calling for a fair deal for the cleaners who work in John Lewis
