 Meanwhile, the padlocked pensioner had a problem - he couldn't undo the padlock. Police came to the rescue  first cutting the chain  and then removing he padlock from the wheelchair - and a few minutes later the bracelet from the protester's wrist    Police come to talk to the protesters, who argue that this is the only way they can make their views felt  The police seem sympathetic but want to get traffic moving again, although they have diverted it via a side street  |
