Adidas Stop Your Olympic Exploitation

Adidas, Oxford St, London. Sat 4 Aug 2012


 
 War on Want accuses Adidas of ignoring the union busing, poverty wages and 90 hour weeks of some of its suppliers

 and these are the hurdles in the race outside the Adidas store

 

 After a few races along the side of the shop

 War on Want bring the Adidas hurdles out into Oxford St

 

 

 The Met watch and may even be amused

 
 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But after a while the mid-Scottish police tell them they've got enough photographs and have to stop. They say
Adidas are not happy as the brown concrete area is their property and the protesters could be accused of
'aggravated trespass.' War on Want decided they had made their point and it was time to end the protest
in any case. And I had another event to cover
