Lea Navigation & Olympic Site

Bow & Stratford Marsh. Saturday 1 October 2011

Only the first section of Cook's Road is still open

St Thomas Creek looking back towards Stratford from Cook's Rd

Marshgate business centre on Marshgate Lane - closed beyond this point

The Greenway and the View Tube Garden officially opened in June 2011

Security men are now friendly and only tell me I can't take pictures as a joke - not like it used to be!

At least the new high voltage razor wire is easier to see through than the blue fence

Getting into practice for the cycling events?

The View Tube

There are lots of people about and having their pictures taken in front of the Olympic stadium

As well as people who find there own way there are many organised tours

Probably the worlds most expensive helter-skelter
