	Professor Chris Knight Sarah Campbell died because the prison staff didn't care. Her mother Pauline killed herself on Sarah's grave. Roger Sylvester, killed by the Met in 1999. The police successfully appealed the inquest verdict of unlawful killing 39 year old Habib Ullah died when police stopped and searched him in High Wycombe in 2008 Azelle Rodney was an unarmed passenger in a car in London in 2005 when a police officer shot him at very close range
