Sarah Campbell died because the prison staff didn't care. Her mother Pauline killed herself on Sarah's grave. 

 

Roger Sylvester, killed by the Met in 1999. The police successfully appealed the inquest verdict of unlawful killing 

 

39 year old Habib Ullah died when police stopped and searched him in High Wycombe in 2008
