ENA/EDL March in London Again

Tothill St - Duke of York Steps, London. Saturday 31 July 2010

The march ended in Waterloo Place, but the ENA persuaded the police to allow them to hold a rally

on the steps leading down to the Mall under the Duke of York statue

On the Duke of York steps

Michael Johnson speaking

Johnson points at me and repeats the mistaken comments about me from the ENA web site. Eearlier I'd received an apology for the mistake, but apparently either he hadn't been told or didn't care if it was true or not and just wanted to attack the press.

The police moved between me and several of the marchers who were threatening me and requested that I move back a few yards so as to quieten things down, and I complied with their request. If police had not been present I would have been concerned for my safety at the event.

Police persuade one of the protesters that he should moderate his language
