Gaza: Protest March from the BBC

There were too many people to count accurately - my estimate was 10,000 - later confirmed when the police gave their guess - usually around half the actual numbers - as 5000
.

 
A rather curious speaker from the Green Party, who even sang a little, but also condemned the BBC
 
  Tony Benn was in excellent form after his splendid early morining performance on the Today programme where he made the DEC appeal for them
 
Although BBC workers have been warned not to give their personal views on the record, they virtually all oppose the ban and the NUJ branch is expected to pass a motion condemning it.  
 
  The hundreds of children killed in the attacks has appalled the British public
