	Brasilia, Capital of Brazil 18-20 December, 2007 Palacio do Itamaraty houses the Foreign Ministry. Like most of the public buildings its architect was Oscar Niemeyer

The roof is now closed for 'security' but the congress is still very open - we just walked in for a tour of the lower house - you can also tour the senate at weekends.
